Enterprise Account Executive

WHY BOX NEEDS YOU
KK Box Japan was established in August 2013 as the Japanese subsidiary of Box Inc. and has been growing rapidly. We are looking for talented individuals who can help us expand Box and promote growth together. In this role, you will be a member of our Western Japan Enterprise Sales Team and will be responsible for sales activities.
Our company has a great atmosphere and a comfortable working environment. We are looking for people with a strong interest in cloud technology to apply.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand the needs of resellers and other stakeholders and effectively propose Box.
- Build a focus territory plan within 90 days.
- Build trust relationships with CIOs, IT executives, LOB executives, and other major stakeholders.
- Respond accurately and quickly to complex and long-term deals, and also win small wins.
- Build a pipeline and revenue target.
- Understand and track all customer use cases, purchase cycles, and Salesforce forecasts.
- Determine cases accurately and apply appropriate resources.
- Use SFDC for lead management and sales forecasting.
QUALIFICATIONS
- More than 5 years of experience in new business development in the enterprise software industry.
- Knowledge of the IT industry and software-related fields.
- Ability to communicate complex cloud technology in a simple and accurate manner.
- Ability to maintain relationships with existing customers while actively acquiring new customers.
- Ability to negotiate with CIOs at Fortune 500 companies.
- Familiarity with the sales process and purchase cycle.
- Box User (optional).
- English proficiency (optional).
