The ISV OEM Account Executive will drive sales activities to grow business expansion with ISV/OEM accounts in Japan, establishing mutually beneficial collaborations.
This role includes developing and executing a go-to-market strategy for Japan, as well as experience building OEM, MSP, or Embedded SaaS revenue streams.
You will build awareness for Kafka and Confluent, prospect, identify, qualify, and develop sales pipeline, craft and execute comprehensive sales strategies, close business, build relationships, and create go-to-market plans.
Requirements include at least 12-15+ years of Enterprise sales experience, deep experience selling within the Database, Open Source, Messaging, or Big Data space, ability to articulate and sell the business value of big data, experience selling to developers and C-levels, and significant experience in a Sales and/or Business Development role within a similar start-up and high growth organisation.
