Job Summary
First Major Account Business Division is responsible for new business development and account management for the top 50 Japanese enterprises in the manufacturing, automotive, electrical, and trading industries. We expect to serve customers in the Kansai region.
• Sales SEs work in pairs with customers and collaborate with internal and external partners to create business opportunities and market development.
• We have a very high market share in the above-mentioned market and support our customers' DX promotion from a security perspective. Therefore, we prioritize communication with the management and decision-makers of our customers and aim to become their security consultants through sales activities.
• We plan and execute action plans to realize security proposals to customers and make them a business.
• We collaborate with product sales, marketing teams, and other internal departments to improve awareness and create business opportunities in our assigned market.
Qualifications
Your Experience
• 5 years or more of high-touch sales experience in the IT industry (security industry experience is not required, software sales, hardware sales, SIer sales are acceptable)
• Sales experience in the manufacturing, electrical, or automotive industries
• Enterprise sales experience
• CxO-level engagement
Preferred Qualifications
• Security industry experience
Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for individuals with excellent communication and self-management skills.
• Reading and writing level of English
• Ability to build relationships with customers and open up new accounts (including executive-level)
• Ability to plan and execute account strategies logically
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams (product departments) and promote proposals
