About the organization and team: As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales expansion of assigned workstation products and solutions via relationships with high-touch sales teams for Global Account Business (GAB) automotive customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and driving quarterly/yearly WS business for GAB automotive customers specific to Toyota, Honda, Nissan, and Mazda groups.
- Aligning with high touch sales teams and partners for strategic planning and execution to achieve sales budgets and business growth.
- Pipeline and opportunity management of WS products and solutions for assigned GAB automotive customers.
Key Interactions:
- High touch sales for GAB automotive customers, partners, and product marketing teams.
Career Path: This role can lead to various possibilities in future, including management roles such as Sales GM/Product/Project Manager.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in account sales, solution sales, or business development in PC or enterprise products like servers, workstations, and storage systems.
- Able to contribute to business promotion and expansion of products through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Business English capability is required.
- Native Japanese proficiency is preferred.
Estimated Salary: ¥3,500,000 - ¥4,500,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Languages: English and Japanese
Locations: Tokyo or Osaka area, with frequent business trips nationwide in Japan.
