- Key Responsibilities:
- Generate profitable new revenue to achieve sales targets on enterprise accounts
- Develop and maintain relationships with designated accounts to understand customer needs
- Develop and report on a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities
- Work with third-party advisors to create sales opportunities
- Be an ambassador for the team by attending events and hosting workshops
- Partner with Operations and Sales colleagues to ensure consistent customer experience
- Share feedback from enterprise customers to improve customer service and solution enhancement
- Support other strategic business development activities
- Candidate Requirements:
- Senior B2B sales and business development background
- Ability to collaborate with customers to design product sets and contract structures
- Knowledge of company decision-making and business case development processes
- Experience in corporate real estate business development or real estate consulting
- Experience working within a global environment and matrix organizational structure
- Proven ability to develop, manage, and close large deals with a track record of exceeding targets
- Demonstrated success in selling to large companies
- Excellent communication skills and relationship-building ability
- Strategic thinker with a commercial, results-driven bias
- Flexible and broadminded with a disciplined approach to business development
- Availability to travel domestically
- Motivated, self-reliant, ambitious, and eager to join a team with significant growth aspirations
