Sales Force Effectiveness Manager//Sales Excellence
Lead strategic initiatives to optimize sales force performance and drive business growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute Segmentation & Targeting (S&T) strategies to enhance sales efficiency
- Develop and implement Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) frameworks in sales organizations
- Create innovative methodologies for SFE and Sales Force Digitalization (SFD)
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing departments on SFE and SFD initiatives
- Participate in business development projects and lead topics related to SFE and SFD, including targeting and sales force estimation
Requirements:
- University degree or higher
- Master of Business Administration or equivalent studies preferred
- At least 5 years' experience in Marketing, Statistic Analysis, Consulting, or related field management
- Experience in consulting firms or multiple business units preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English, including oral and written
- Complexity/ambiguity management skills
- Process management skills
- Professional analytical skills and problem-solving skills
- 100% accuracy standards
- Comfortable working with senior management
- Ability to work successfully with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds
- Proficient computer skills (MS Excel/Access/PowerPoint/Word and global analytic tools like Tableau)
- Strong strategic, analytical, and logical thinking
Working Conditions:
- Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
- Location: Tokyo or Osaka
- Department: Medical Products
- Job Level: VS 1.2
