Sales Administrator role available at KEYENCE, a world leader in Sensors, Safety, Vision, Measurement and Microscopes, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and order management. Manage customer orders, communicate with customers and colleagues, and maintain delivery dates. Key responsibilities include: • Entering customer orders into the CRM system • Communicating with customers and colleagues by telephone and email • Managing the end-to-end order process, including providing details on dispatch and delivery • Processing quotations to customers Logistics responsibilities include: • Managing daily distribution through the CRM system • Stock control and transfer • Daily communication with the warehouse and following KEYENCE Global logistic guidelines • Supporting the flow of goods from the Japanese parent company to end customers The ideal candidate will have: • Experience working in a professional environment • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Logical and precise thinking • Ability to work effectively under pressure Required qualifications and experience include: • 2:1 Bachelor's degree in any discipline • Full driving licence The role offers a competitive salary, quarterly bonus, advanced company pension, life cover, and private healthcare.
