Sales Force Effectiveness Manager/Sales Excellence

The Sales Force Effectiveness Manager/Sales Excellence is responsible for planning and executing Segmentation & Targeting (S&T), sales force sizing and territory alignment for selected sales organization. This role leads Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) initiatives and ensures the implementation of SFE framework in the sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:

    ">
  • Develop and execute innovative strategies for segmentation, targeting, and sales force digitalization to improve sales performance.
  • ">
  • Lead communication with Sales departments and Marketing departments on SFE and SFD initiatives.
  • ">
  • Participate in projects related to business development and sales force reorganization, focusing on SFE and SFD topics such as targeting and estimation of sales force FTEs.

Requirements:

    ">
  • University degree or above
  • ">
  • Master of Business Administration or equivalent studies preferred
  • ">
  • At least 5 years' experience in Marketing, Statistic Analysis, Consulting or related field management
  • ">
  • Experience in consulting firm or multiple business units preferred
  • ">
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in both Japanese and English
  • ">
  • Complexity/ambiguity management skills
  • ">
  • Process management skills
  • ">
  • Professional analytical skills and problem-solving skills
  • ">
  • 100% accuracy standards
  • ">
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, comfort around senior management
