Join our Customer Care Team to deliver Customer Excellence

Support customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and working closely with the Operational Key Account Manager to deliver customer excellence.

  • Drive customer engagement and satisfaction in close cooperation with the Operational Key Account Manager and the Operational Care Center (OCC).
  • Establish and strengthen operational relations to customer contacts through daily interaction and proactively advise and consult clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support customer onboarding in line with working instructions, ensuring inclusion and transfer of customer requirements into the KN systems alongside the initial customer order.
  • Qualify and enter customer orders into the operational execution process.
  • Assist in creating, reviewing, and refining customer reports.
  • Collaborate with Finance and the Key Account Manager to adjust credit limits based on daily business development.
  • Document, resolve, and analyze all complaints and identify, share, and eliminate root causes.
  • Ensure delivery against all financial targets and strategic objectives.
