Join our Operational Care Team to deliver Operational Excellence. Execute bookings, generate export/import documentation, and liaise with Customer Care Teams ensuring timely and efficient requirements.

Your Role:

  • Create/complete shipment details, coordinate with stakeholders, and organize transport based on customer promise.
  • Monitor and report on carrier performance, ensuring strong data quality for timely customer reporting.
  • Create files for consolidation or de-consolidation.
  • Review and ensure alignment of shipping instructions, considering country regulations, compliance, and rate information.
  • Submit required documentation within 24 hours of departure.
  • Share departure and arrival confirmations with Customer Care Teams.
  • Ensure cost awareness and efficiency through timely cost updates and profit maximization.
  • Support and resolve claims and disputes.

Your Skills and Experiences:

  • Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
  • Selected for this role due to experience in freight forwarding and key attributes of an Operational Care Specialist.
