Join our Operational Care Team to deliver Operational Excellence by enabling transport activities, executing bookings, and generating export/import documentation while liaising with Customer Care Teams and Revenue Care team to ensure all requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Your Role:
- Create/complete shipment details in our internal transport management system, coordinate with stakeholders, and organize transport based on the customer promise, obtain DG approvals where required, and escalate discrepancies as required.
- Monitor and report on the operational performance of carriers and other vendors, ensuring strong data quality for timely and accurate customer reporting.
- Create files for consolidation (Export) or de-consolidation (Import).
- Review and ensure alignment of shipping instructions, clarifying any deviations or conflicts while considering country regulations, export/import compliance, rate, and routing information.
- Accurately submit/issue all required documentation within 24 hours of departure in a timely manner.
- Ensure departure and arrival confirmations (or deviations v. scheduled) are shared with CCLs.
- Ensure cost awareness and efficiency through timely, accurate cost/revenue updates, including profit maximization by providing cost awareness to the CCLs and RCC.
- Support and resolve claims and disputes.
Your Skills and Experiences:
- Your analytical and problem-solving approach, along with an ability to work under pressure and great time management, will be key to your success in this role.
