Key Account Customer Care Specialist in Sea Logistics

Vocation: Full-time | Location: Osaka, Japan

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Customer Care Team and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Your Role

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, working closely with the Operational Key Account Manager to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively advise and consult clients to resolve issues and improve their experience.
  • Support the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring accurate transfer of requirements into our systems.
  • Qualify and enter customer orders into our operational execution process.
  • Assist in creating and refining customer reports.
  • Collaborate with Finance and the Key Account Manager to adjust credit limits based on business development.
  • Analyze and document customer complaints, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
  • Ensure timely delivery against financial targets and strategic objectives.
