Key Account Customer Care Specialist in Sea Logistics
Vocation: Full-time | Location: Osaka, Japan
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Customer Care Team and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Your Role
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, working closely with the Operational Key Account Manager to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proactively advise and consult clients to resolve issues and improve their experience.
- Support the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring accurate transfer of requirements into our systems.
- Qualify and enter customer orders into our operational execution process.
- Assist in creating and refining customer reports.
- Collaborate with Finance and the Key Account Manager to adjust credit limits based on business development.
- Analyze and document customer complaints, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
- Ensure timely delivery against financial targets and strategic objectives.

- You have been selected for this position due to your knowledge of our operations and possession of key attributes required for a Customer Care Specialist.
