Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spa Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing treatment and retail training plans, greeting VIP guests, and ensuring smooth service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement treatment and retail training plans, including for therapists and receptionists
  • Greet VIP guests and ensure smooth service
  • Cater to VIP guests and media and cover the receptionist's role when required
  • Follow up on facility issues with engineering
  • Assist the Director of Spa in creating menus, pricing, and retail selection
  • Manage staff schedules to ensure efficient operations
  • Utilize trace files, cashier sheets, and handle daily accounting according to hotel procedures
  • Provide information to guests about spa services and hotel amenities
  • Train the reception team to customize and personalize the spa journey
  • Respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation
  • Handle and prioritize daily logistics to aid daily operations
  • Provide a friendly and professional service that exceeds guests' expectations

Requirements:

  • College education or equivalent
  • Diploma or certification in spa, wellness, or holistic modalities preferred
  • More than 3 years' experience in luxury spas
