We are seeking a Spa Coordinator to join our team at Four Seasons. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences in our spa facility.
Key responsibilities include planning and implementing training programs, greeting VIP guests, and ensuring smooth service. The successful candidate will also assist with reception duties, manage staff schedules, and maintain accurate records.
Key Requirements
- College education or equivalent; diploma or certification in spa, wellness, or holistic modalities preferred
- More than 3 years' experience in luxury spas
