Pavilion Staff

The Pavilion Staff will report to and work in close collaboration with the Supervisors, supporting the delivery and management of guest experience. This includes external queueing and internal exhibition areas.

Based in Osaka, this assignment is expected to commence in February 2025 and run until October 2025.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the management of the guest journey from waiting/queue space to exit space.
• Manage queues and guest expectations.
• Monitor guest numbers and flow inside the Pavilion at all times.
• Produce regular operational update reports to the Supervisor.
• Assist with opening procedures, including morning checks and closing procedures of the Pavilion.
• Participate in an in-depth training program.
• Support Retail and F&B departments as required.

• Show a flexible, cooperative, and professional approach to meeting Pavilion guest experience objectives.

Requirements

• Candidate should have experience in customer-facing roles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.
• Interpersonal and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to build consensus and relationships among team members, senior managers, and stakeholders.
• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.

Estimated Salary: ¥2,500,000 - ¥3,500,000 per year
