Join Kyndryl as an Account Management Partner and revolutionize relationship management, drive account growth, and boost profitability. You'll create, maintain, and develop deep customer connections, bringing the best of Kyndryl to the table and building trusted relationships with top-level executives. This role is about more than just maintaining the status quo. You'll be at the forefront of driving proactive account growth, focusing on selling new offerings and minimizing erosion in renewals. You'll be a strategic mastermind responsible for developing and executing cutting-edge account strategies, leading to the successful growth and retention of Kyndryl's most valuable accounts. You'll work closely with other sales team members to ensure a seamless account management process, executing every aspect flawlessly from prospecting to closing deals. You'll lead one or more Portfolio or Strategic accounts, generating new opportunities and expanding existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities. You'll provide innovative solutions that position Kyndryl as a leader in the market, staying ahead of the curve and continuously improving. As an owner of the account P&L, you'll take charge of customer satisfaction, ensuring clients are happy and successful. Integrity is at the core of everything you do, and you'll go above and beyond to ensure account compliance and maintain a stellar reputation. You'll have 5+ years of experience running account P&L, deep knowledge of business and technology trends, and 10 years of experience managing sales process end-to-end. You'll have a proven track record of revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks. You'll be open-minded and empathetic in relationships with customers, with sales experience in technical solutions. Japanese language proficiency and experience/knowledge about the Manufacturing industry are a plus. A Bachelor's degree or Master's degree is preferred.
