Manager, Strategic Execution & Management

・Plan, execute and cascade company's mid-term plan
・Transform business processes by realizing timely decision-making, collaboration between departments and regions, consensus building, information sharing, and implementation of problem-solving solutions.
・Develop company-wide financial targets including KPIs for each department in collaboration with Finance, and collaborate with each department to achieve financial targets through strict KPI management.


・At least 3 years experience of Company Planning/Strategy at listed company.
・Business level English/Japanese skill both written and verbal.
・Experience/Knowledge of Managerial Accounting, Institutional Accounting


・Good internal and external communication skill
・Strong Project Management skill, experience of Project Management Lead
