The Regional Marketing Specialist supports the Regional Marketing Manager in building the local face of Red Bull in their field. They work with the RMM to build strong local networks and create marketing initiatives in the four key pillars of the marketing mix. The RMS is constantly out in the field to make things happen, identifying local key moments and unique locations where Red Bull can play a role. Responsibilities include working closely with the RMM to implement the field strategy, executing program fundamentals, and driving consumer trial through activities in line with brand values. The RMS also supports the RMM in creating and supporting key events, scenes, and marketing opportunities, and acts as a role model, displaying the Red Bull values with a consistent tone of voice. The ideal candidate has a university degree, preferably in general marketing, sports marketing, or business, and has experience in the sports industry, sport-, events- or marketing agency, sport institution, or federation. They should have native level Japanese and fluent written and spoken English, strong networking skills, and experience in leading teams and managing people. The RMS should be a strategic thinker who takes initiative and ownership, and has excellent communication skills, including presenting and training abilities. They should be self-confident, sporty, self-motivated, friendly, loyal, interested in working with people, stress resistant, and have EDV skills. Ideally, they should be a former Student Marketeer with a perfect understanding of consumer collecting and loves and lives the brand. The RMS will travel 10-20%.
