ジョブ内容

  • 主要KPIのトラッキングおよび分析
  • 社内外向けのレポート・ダッシュボードの作成、効率化
  • 外部ベンダーに発注するための、予測および発注作業の一部
  • データに基づいたマーケティング提案

必要となるスキルと経験

  • Excel等を用いた分析、PowerPointを用いた資料作成とプレゼン
  • SQLを使ったデータ抽出の実務経験
  • BIツールの実務経験(現在はPowerBIを使用)
  • 業務プロセスの改善
  • 社内外向けのレポート作成、およびコメント作成

所定給与: 240万円

契約形態: 正社員

試用期間: あり(3ヶ月)

就業時間: 9:00〜17:30(休憩1時間)フレックスタイムあり

在宅勤務制度: 有り

休日: 土日、祝日、年末年始

有給休暇: 年間最大20日付与(入社月、勤続年数によって異なります)

その他休暇: 慶弔休暇、Flex特別休暇、リフレッシュ休暇、育児休暇、介護休暇

昇給: 年1回(会社及び個人業績評価により3月実施)
