Join our Customer Care Team to deliver Customer Excellence by supporting customers, answering queries, and responding to complaints.
You will drive customer engagement, satisfaction, retention, and reactivation, establish operational relations, qualify customer inquiries, and provide quotations within given price bands.
You will collaborate with Finance and Revenue Care Center to adjust credit limits, document complaints, and analyze feedback to identify and eliminate root causes.
Create, review, and refine customer reports to ensure delivery against financial targets and strategic objectives.
You will utilize relationship management skills, specialized business acumen, and time management to succeed in this role.
