Job Title: Customer Implementation Project Leader
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong project management skills, knowledge of sea solutions, and excellent communication skills.
Your Role:
You will support customer care locations and operational care center colleagues by working with internal and external stakeholders to capture, validate, document, and train based on our customer commitments.
Your Responsibilities:
- Perform risk assessments on customer requirements (SOW, SOP, etc) pre and post submission of selling rates, highlighting any financial or operational risks.
- Take on new projects and build the structures required to successfully deliver expected output while utilizing prescribed customer implementation project management tools.
- Lead and enable the timely completion of the project deliverables, providing weekly progress reports.
- Develop SOP, working instructions, and training material (internal and external), obtaining signoff from end-users.
- Validate the as-is vs. to-be solution design, obtaining solution design sign-off.
- Supervise the technical and operational implementation, obtaining sign-off.
- Ensure CCL and OCC colleagues have access to and are trained on shipment handling procedures for all customers.
- Ensure that all supporting systems (SeaLOG, OMS, etc) have optimal and complete setups prior to first shipment.
Your Skills and Experiences:
- Strong project management skills and knowledge of sea solutions, along with your communication skills and relationships will be the key to your success.
- You will be successful in this role because of your knowledge across our operations, products, and services; because you possess the key attributes we are looking for.
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
