Job Title: Surveyor

DNV Japan is seeking a skilled surveyor to engage primarily with the Japanese shipbuilding industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Certification of Materials and Components (CMC) surveys with local manufacturers
• Fleet in Service (FiS) surveys and audits
• New Building (NB) surveys at Shipyard
• Smooth execution of surveys or audits in cooperation with local and international customers
• Proactive and smooth communication with the local manufacturers and the ship's crew

Additional Responsibilities:

• Enhance and strengthen DNV Maritime's position in Japanese shipbuilding industries
• Participate in internal discussions on technical issues with global surveyors
• Learn about technical issues through hands-on experience with CMC, FiS, and NB jobs

Requirements:

• A minimum Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering
• Actual experiences in shipbuilding industries or classification societies

Estimated Salary: ¥5,500,000 - ¥7,000,000 per year
