Customer Success部門では、お客様のビジネス変革を成功させるために当社のクラウドサービスを活用し、デジタルトランスフォーメーションの推進役となります。
チーフサポートエンジニアの概要
チーフサポートエンジニアはポストセールスで責任を負い、お客様のビジネスやIT目標を理解し、その上で、お客様との強固なリレーションシップの構築・成果と価値実現を意識したサポートプログラムの提供計画策定を行い、優先度付け・アカウント営業チームなど他部署との密な連携による支援リソースのオーケストレーションを行います。また、各種技術的ブロッカーの解決に必要なサービスを提供します。お客様のデジタルトランスフォーメーションを成功に導きます。
資格

職務内容
顧客のビジネス成果とマイクロソフトソリューションの価値を最大化するために、質の高いサポートサービスの計画と提供を推進し、サポート契約上の義務を果たす。
顧客およびアカウントチームと連携し、クラウドおよびオンプレミスのワークロードを対象とした顧客とのエンゲージメントおよびサポートプログラムの優先順位付けと計画を行う。
優先付けられたワークロードの健全性、パフォーマンス、ビジネス能力を向上させるための成果を定義し、お客様の価値実現を促進する。
エンゲージメントとサポートプログラムのオーケストレーション、カスタマー・ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション。
重大な技術的障害のエスカレーションマネジメントを通じ、当社の製品とソリューションをさらに向上させるためのエンジニアリングフィードバックを適宜提供する。
担当となる業界は自動車/鉄道/製造/金融/流通/小売り/不動産/インフラサービス/通信/ゲーミング/公共/ヘルスケアがあり、1人あたり1社~5社程度を担当する。(※お客様のサポート契約の大きさによって受け持つ企業数は異なる)
