Job Description

This position oversees the overall operation of our official website, a key channel for attracting customers and managing customer information. Responsibilities include analyzing issues, planning, proposing, and coordinating with IT, business, and other stakeholders to lead improvement activities and resolve problems.

In the upstream process, you will analyze customer feedback, access logs, contract data, and other business-oriented data, identify issues, specify the scope of impact, and formulate hypotheses and plans based on these issues. Additionally, during system development, you will lead projects as a liaison between business and IT to ensure smooth operation. You will also collaborate with IT members to introduce new products and tools.

  • Analyze customer feedback and access analysis data from a business perspective to identify issues and create reports.
  • Collaborate with IT, Operations, Sales, and Product/Compliance departments to support the introduction of new tools, including CMS and MA tools.
  • Liaise with relevant departments to create requirements for the impact of revisions to existing products and services, and support testing for their release.
  • Support the implementation of new tools, including analysis tools.
  • Work with contract management, payment team, etc. to promote the project.

Requirements

  • Expertise and work experience: At least one year of experience in web system development or working with business departments to support operations and define requirements.
  • Communication skills: Good communication skills with stakeholders.
  • Language skills: Japanese (Native level) / English (Reading and writing level is a plus).

Salary:

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum
