triplaは、国内外の宿泊施設向けにDXソリューションを提供するIT企業です。公式予約システム「tripla Book」を中心に、AIチャットボット「tripla Bot」、CRM・MA機能を備えた「tripla Connect」、広告連携サービス「tripla Boost」などを展開し、宿泊施設の直販強化を支援しています。

2022年11月に東証グロース市場へ上場し、現在は日本・台湾・インドネシアを含むAPAC地域8カ国にサービスを展開しています。さらなる事業成長を加速するため、データ活用の中核を担うBusiness Analystを新たに募集します。

<カスタマーエンゲージメント部の役割>

カスタマーエンゲージメント部(CE部)は、オンボーディング、テクニカルサポート、カスタマーサクセス、ビジネスインテリジェンス、プロジェクトマネジメントなどのチームで構成されており、社外に対しては宿泊施設のスムーズな導入と継続的な活用支援を、社内に対してはKPI管理やデータ分析による意思決定支援を担っています。

Business Analystは、ビジネスインテリジェンスグループに所属し、社内外のデータ活用を推進する実務担当者(Individual Contributor)として活躍いただきます。経営層や他部門と連携し、データ分析・可視化・インサイト提供を通じて、事業成長や業務改善に貢献するポジションです。

【主な職責】

• 社内KPI管理に関するデータの抽出・加工・可視化・分析
• BigQuery・SQLを用いたデータ抽出およびLooker等BIツールを用いたレポート作成
• 社内業務の効率化・自動化に向けたデータ基盤・連携プロセスの改善
• 顧客向けデータダッシュボードサービス(tripla Analytics)のデータ設計・運用
• 他部署との協業による課題発見、データドリブンな施策立案支援

Since our listing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market in November 2022, we've been expanding our services across 8 countries in the APAC region, including Japan, Taiwan, and Indonesia. To further accelerate our growth, we're seeking a Business Analyst to play a key role in leveraging data across the company.

Customer Engagement Division Overview

The Customer Engagement Division (CE) consists of teams responsible for onboarding, technical support, customer success, business intelligence, and project management. Our mission is twofold: externally, we support smooth implementation and continuous usage of our services for accommodation providers; internally, we contribute to better decision-making through KPI management and data analysis.

Role Summary: Business Analyst

As a member of the Business Intelligence Group, you will work as an individual contributor to lead our data initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with executives and other departments to deliver impactful data analysis, visualization, and insights that drive business growth and operational improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract, transform, visualize, and analyze internal KPI-related data
• Use BigQuery and SQL for data extraction and create reports using BI tools such as Looker
• Improve data infrastructure and integration processes to enhance efficiency and automation
• Design and operate the customer-facing dashboard service, tripla Analytics
• Collaborate with other departments to identify issues and propose data-driven initiatives

応募資格

必須要件

経験・学歴

• 顧客または社内ステークホルダーとの要件定義・折衝の実務経験
• ビジネスアナリストまたはデータアナリストとしての実務経験(3年以上)
• 国内または海外の4年制大学卒業
• 英語:中上級レベル(読み書き・会話)
• 日本語:ビジネスレベル

ビジネススキル

• データ分析・課題解決に基づいた提案力
• 社内外の関係者との円滑なコミュニケーション能力
• 説得力ある資料作成スキル(日英両方)
• ビジネス構造を理解し、データから本質的な示唆を導き出せる力

テクニカルスキル

• Microsoft Office全般の活用スキル
• SQLを用いたデータ抽出・加工経験

• 統計学、ビッグデータ、機械学習、Python/R等の知識・経験
• 新規事業やサービスの立ち上げ・推進経験
• 業務効率化・自動化(RPA等)に関する知見

• BIツール(例:Looker、Tableau等)による可視化・レポート作成経験

Required

• Experience in gathering and negotiating requirements with internal/external stakeholders
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst
• Bachelor's degree (from a domestic or international four-year university)
• English: Upper-intermediate or above (both written and spoken)
• Japanese: Business level

Business Skills

• Ability to propose solutions based on data analysis and problem-solving
• Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in preparing compelling materials in both English and Japanese
• Ability to derive actionable insights from data with a solid understanding of business structure

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Experience with data extraction and transformation using SQL

Preferred

• Knowledge or experience in statistics, big data, machine learning, Python/R
• Experience launching or scaling new products or services
• Understanding of automation tools (e.g., RPA)
• Familiarity with SaaS or travel/hospitality industries
• Knowledge of APIs and cloud services
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau
• Practical experience with DWH platforms like BigQuery
• Experience using project management tools (e.g., Backlog)
