【Job Responsibility】
各ビジネス事業部の戦略とITシステムの橋渡しを行う人材を募集しています。業務プロセスや機能要件の分析、主にマイクロソフトプラットフォームをベースにしたITソリューションの提案/実装、テスト支援、自身の手で設計開発を行うことの出来るビジネスシステムアナリストの募集になります。

<主な職務例>

主にMicrosoft 365 E3で活用できるアプリケーションを対象とし、Microsoft Lists, Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Planner, Power BI, Workflow, Dataverse, Sharepointなどのアプリケーションを組み合わせ、最適なソリューションをデザインし、実装、テスト、リリースを行います。 必要に応じて、弊社の既存システムとのシステム間連携機能などの設計/開発にも従事いただきます。

  • ビジネス要件のレビュー
  • ソリューション提案(設計)と評価
  • システム開発(コーディング~テスト)
  • システム間連携テストの計画と実行
  • ユーザー受入テストの支援(テスト実行支援、テスト課題の解決支援)
  • ベンダーを含めたリソース管理 *リソース管理を必要とする場合
  • エンドユーザーを含むステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション管理と実行
  • テクニカルな問題分析と解決
  • ベストプラクティスの導入

また、デリバリー後の保守対応も行っていただく人材として、社内関係者(エンドユーザー、IT担当)/協力会社メンバー等と以下の作業を継続的に担っていただきます。

【Key Tasks & Accountabilities】
■エンドユーザーとの要件調整
・ビジネスアナリストチーム、エンドユーザーとの連携、ユーザー要件の収集および正確な理解

・ITサービスの迅速かつ安定的な提供、適切なソリューションの検討/決定

・ユーザーニーズ、その他条件を考慮した適切なソリューションの検討

・開発案件による影響確認

・担当アプリケーションの設計書等各種ドキュメントの作成及びレビュー

・複数アプリケーションのインターフェースに関する設計と複数チーム間の調整

・開発案件について、自身による開発計画策定/設計/開発/テスト実行

*案件規模によって、外部パートナーの開発チームを率いることもあります

■ベンダーマネージメント
・開発環境準備から本番リリースまで、開発に関わる全般をサポート

・ベンダー発注案件の進捗管理

・各種成果物(設計やテスト結果)に対するレビュー

■システム障害/問い合わせ対応
・システム障害発生時の影響範囲調査とリカバリー対応

・障害原因の分析とソリューションの策定

・エンドユーザーからのQA対応

■品質向上に向けての改善
・テストの効率化、有効化を目的としたテスト自動化計画の立案

・作業ミスの削減、作業効率化を目的として作業プロセスの見直し

【Qualifications / Experience】
必須経験・スキル
■ソフトスキル
・日本語 Nativeレベル(日本語検定N1レベル):業務で利用する主たる言語は、日本語になります。

・コミュニケーションスキル

・スケジュール作成と管理を行えるスキル

・開発ベンダー管理経験:開発~本番リリースにおける開発業務経験2年以上

・作業における優先順位を適切に整理する能力

・事業会社またはシステム開発ベンダーでビジネスアナリスト、

ビジネスシステムアナリストあるいは同等の役割の経験3年以上、

事業会社のユーザー部門でシステムの要件調整/設計レビューなどITとの窓口を行っていた経験3年以上

・金融業界の業務経験3年以上

■テクニカルスキル
・要件定義成果物(ビジネス要件、システム要件定義書など)作成、レビュー経験3年以上

・要件定義工程成果物に基づいた基本設計、詳細設計における実務経験3年以上

・マイクロソフト365各エディションや各アプリケーション/サービス内容の基本的な知識

・マイクロソフトプラットフォーム上でのシステム設計、開発経験3年以上

・設計工程成果物に基づいたシステム開発およびテスト経験3年以上

・設計工程成果物に基づいたテストシナリオ、テストケースの設計、作成、レビュー経験3年以上

※下記いずれかの経験2年以上(複数の通算でも可)

・いずれかの言語によるWebアプリケーション開発

・いずれかの言語によるクライアントアプリケーション開発

・ETLによる開発

・リレーショナルデータベースを利用した開発

・システム開発(SDLC)プロセスの理解

■あればより良い経験・スキル
・英語でのビジネス会話、および読み書き *入社後、英語でのコミュニケーションが発生します

・アジャイル開発によるシステム開発経験

・1-3年程度の小~中大規模のプロジェクト管理経験

・MS DynamicsやSalesforce などCRMの開発実務経験または導入経験

・APサーバやDBサーバ、技術に関する深い知見や実践経験

・AWSの開発実務経験(特にサーバーレスアーキテクチャでの実装)または導入経験

・クラウド(Salesforce、Azureなど)の開発実務経験または導入経験

・AI-OCR(Argusなど)の開発実務経験または導入経験
