主な職務と責任
E1および関連するアプリケーションの日本国内のユーザーのサポートと新規開発改修案件をグローバルサポートチームと協力し行います。グローバルプロジェクトでは日本のIT代表として参画し、日本のE1関連のプロジェクトではITプロジェクトマネージャーとして、プロジェクトチームと日本のE1ユーザーとのブリッジ役として要件定義、進捗管理、テストを国内・外のメンバーと連携して行うポジションです。
入社後の流れ
まずは全体オリエンテーションからスタート、現職のビジネスアナリストからOJTを通じて仕事を覚えていきます。不明点などは先輩社員や周りの同僚がサポートします。また数々の社内研修も受講することができ、学ぶ機会は豊富にあります。
働く環境
現在30代~50代4名のTeam構成でうち外国籍の方が2名です。3人はSAPの担当1名がE1担当者で、Chinaにサポート要員が2名います。
それぞれ担当ERPは異なりますがお互い助け合うことができるチームです。
海外にいるITメンバーと一緒に働くことも多く、インターナショナルな職場環境です。

業務内容
- トラブルシューティング
グローバルサポートチームや中国のサポートメンバーと連携しシステムおよびオペレーション問題解決
- 新規開発改修案件の要件定義・テスト
ユーザーからの要望を把握し、開発要件を定義し、グロバール開発チームへ説明、ユーザーと開発チームと連携して導入サポート
また、自ら業務改善およびシステム改修提案を行い導入サポートおよびチェンジマネージメント
- E1関連の国内プロジェクトのIT プロジェクトマネージメント
- E1関連グローバルプロジェクトの日本のIT リード
必要スキル・経験
- 3+ 年のERPユーザーサポート経験
- ビジネスレベル日本語(N1 レベル)と英語
- SQLとRDB 知識(Inquiry, Insert, Update)
あると好ましい経験
- ERPシステム導入プロジェクトにて日本のITリードとビジネスユーザーとの協業経験
- ITプロジェクトマネージメント経験
- E1 v9.2知識(OTC,OPS,FIN module, Object, DB, table, Role DD,UDI,AAI, DMAAI etc.)
- OFM、FTP 等のデータインターフェイス知識
- EDI関連の知識
- B2B,B2Cコマース
