Job Summary
We are seeking a Japanese-speaking Business Analyst (BA) to join our project team
onsite in Japan. The ideal candidate will bridge communication between Japanese
customers and offshore delivery teams, analyze business and system requirements,
and support the overall project lifecycle.
A technical background or understanding of IT systems will be a strong advantage
for this role.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Japanese customers to gather, clarify, and document business
- Translate business needs into functional specifications or user stories for the
- Communicate effectively between Japanese stakeholders and offshore technical
- Support project managers in requirement tracking, change management, and
- Review deliverables and provide feedback to ensure alignment with customer
- Participate in system walkthroughs, demos, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Prepare bilingual documentation (Japanese/English).
- Japanese language proficiency: JLPT N2 or above (business communication
- English proficiency: good reading and writing skills for internal communication.
- Experience in business analysis, system analysis, or bridging role between
