職務の目的

当社の契約管理システム(Guidewire)の開発及び運用をビジネスサイドで担当いただきます。(IT部門ではなく契約管理部門のメンバーとして)

具体的には、関連各部門(コンタクトセンター、商品部門、営業部門など)と打ち合わせを行いながら、新商品・サービス導入のためのビジネス要件を策定し、IT部門と開発内容を確定させます。また、開発されたシステムのテストを行い、ビジネス要件通りで開発されているかの確認を行います。

また、プロジェクト以外においても、関連各部門と打ち合わせを行いながら、課題を分析、企画、提案、そしてIT、ビジネスなどステークホルダーと調整し、その課題解決に向けて改善活動をリードします。

Key Qualifications

本ポジションに求められる必要要件(1): 専門知識、職務経験

・ システム会社もしくはコンサルもしくは保険会社において、システム開発経験、もしくはビジネス部門において要件定義の経験が3年以上ある方。

・ 課題に対して、前向きに向き合い、多面的に分析・立案できる方。

・ ステークホルダーとの適切なコミュニケーションスキル

【経験があれば尚可】

・ プロジェクトマネジメントまたはリード経験

・ 保険に関するシステム開発の経験

・ RSDBへの理解、SQLを利用したデータ抽出経験、BIツールを利用したデータの可視化経験

・ 改善内容の提案及びビジネス要件の策定

・ 開発システムのテスト

契約管理に関する各種データ分析

・ 契約管理データ(AWS RedShift)からのSQLでのデータ抽出

・ BIツール(AWS Quick Site)を利用した各種データの可視化

システム障害発生時の解決

・ IT部門とともにシステム障害の原因分析および解決策の策定

・ データ分析による顧客影響範囲の特定

・ 顧客対応部門と顧客対応についての協議
