Position Purpose:

The Area Sales Manager for Ig BU Area is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to maximize the use of CIDP, SID, and PID treatments in high-potential neurology, hematology, and pediatrics areas.

Collaborate with Ig BU Area Sales Managers to design and implement MRI plans at targeted facilities.

Reporting Relationships:

Reports to Ig BU Area Sales Manager.

Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Contribute to creating an area sales plan as a member of the area team.

Analyze their territory in-depth based on the brand plan and create MRI plans and execute tactical strategies.

Based on the brand plan and area plan, propose CIDP, SID, and PID (customer/patient-specific) to target doctors.

Enhance customer engagement by using C360 Veeva for customer analysis and strategy development.

Effectively utilize multi-channel approaches (including digital) for each customer and provide information accordingly.

Comply with compliance regulations and promote appropriate treatment usage.

Position Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

Education:

Minimum Bachelor's degree or higher.

Experience:

Previous experience working at major university hospitals and handling key opinion leaders (KOLs) as an MRI representative.

Competencies:

Ability to understand and execute the brand plan.

Ability to develop and implement effective facility plans.

Ability to propose treatment plans to KOLs without being overly familiar.

Continuous acquisition of up-to-date medical information and self-learning.

Always aware of CSL Values and act accordingly.

Proficiency in digital literacy.

Self-starter mindset.

Winning mindset and selling skills.

Desirable experience in neurology, hematology, and pediatrics fields.
