メディカル>医薬品メーカー 会員属性などに応じ、当該求人をビズリーチ上で閲覧された際に内容が異なる場合があります The Hematology Medical Science Liaison (MSL) will be responsible for providing clinical education for the J&J IM Hematology brands primarily focused on proper usage and value maximization to clinical experts including nurses, pharmacists, and physicians.

MSLs support resolving clinical issues when clinical experts treat patients and manage disease status.

MSLs will be a trusted educational resource for clinical experts and patients to better understand various aspects of treatment with J&J IM Hematology brands.

MSLs will serve as the strategic education leader across academic and community oncology accounts in a defined geographic area. MSLs will be responsible for developing and executing the clinical education plan based on customer insights.


Key Responsibilities:

• Build external relationships with clinical experts (nurses, pharmacists, and physicians) and educate them on the clinical profile of products including but not limited to clinical benefits, management of adverse events and administration requirements.
• Develop and maintain a strategic territory plan that meet customer educational needs and clinical challenges, through analysis of account dynamics and clinical insights.
• Utilize clinical insights from customers to shape medical affairs plans and build strategic account educational plans.
• Train medical representatives on proper usage of J&J IM Oncology brands.
• Contribute to build a reference network among different specialties, if necessary
• Primarily focus on multiple myeloma but will expand to other hematology areas near in the future.

Education:

• Bachelor of Science degree required

Required:
5 years of experience with hospitals as a physician, nurse, or pharmacist, or equivalent skills are required.

Preferred:
Experience with oncology area preferred.

• Previous industry experience preferred.
• Ability to navigate and discuss complex clinical management.
• Excellent presentation skills required.
• Above average computer skills: PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
• Higher awareness of compliance.

Other:

• License of physician, nurse, or pharmacist required
• Domestic business travel possible (including by air).
• Work from home possible.
• Must be fluent in the Japanese language and have excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Business level English skills preferred.
