Regional Leadership Role:

  • Determine the overall strategy and objectives for Ruckus Networks Business in the region.
  • Guide sales teams towards achieving business goals, focusing on revenue growth, expense management, product development, and market share increase.
  • Oversee Marketing, Sales Engineering, Channel & Services functions with dotted-line reporting.
  • Ensure comprehensive coverage of the region's verticals, partners, and products.
  • Provide weekly and monthly field forecasts to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain allocated budget and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that drive incremental business with distributors, channel partners, and end-users.
  • Nurture trusted relationships with customers and partners at all hierarchy levels.
  • Identify new business opportunities, expansion into new markets/verticals, and communicate requirements to the Geo VP & HQ.
  • Monitor competitors' moves and address them accordingly.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 15 years of experience in business and leadership roles, including several years in Region/Country leadership and management positions.
  • In-depth knowledge of the networking industry.
  • Able to formulate clear regional strategy, lead execution, and hold individuals accountable.
  • Proven track record of driving P&L, revenue, and share growth.
  • Solid understanding of business fundamentals – strategic and tactical.
  • Strong forecasting abilities.
  • Able to build, motivate, and lead a strong, culturally diverse team.
  • Successful track record with Channel organizations.
  • Capable of resolving business bottlenecks by affecting change and persisting through challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, including strong English language proficiency.
  • Risk detection and mitigation capabilities.
  • High personal and professional integrity, credibility with partners and customers.
