Lodging Service Associate
This role involves supporting the onboarding process of new hotel partners, maintaining property descriptions, and resolving inquiries from hotels and internal teams. You will be versatile in handling multiple software programs, prompt and accurate in your responses, and provide simple, rapid support experience.
You will work closely with other departments to ensure the best resolution and maintain ownership of issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer inquiries through various channels (e.g., phone, email), ensuring minimal customer effort.
- Analyze and resolve internal and external issues in a timely manner using appropriate tools and resources.
- Work alongside other teams to resolve customer queries and escalate issues as necessary.
- Manage multiple tasks with precision and meet deadlines consistently.
- Assist customers in using company platforms and systems and promote company services and products.
- Communicate effectively regarding next steps and obligations.
- Assist partner onboarding and promote self-service customer tools.
- Resolve customer questions and inquiries related to booking, configuring, or consuming Expedia Group travel services.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Japanese and English language skills.
- 1 year+ Customer Service experience and an Associate's degree or equivalent.
- Strong technical skills, computer knowledge, and experience using customer relationship management or travel industry applications.
- Hotel/Travel industry experience is a plus.
- Fluency with internet, computer usage, and web-based application skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and call center support programs.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
