Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our team in Tokyo. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in technical lead roles, with expertise in Office 365 products such as MS Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, AD, Power Platform, Viva, and more.
- Strong customer relations skills via voice, email, and chat
- Administrator-level experience in Office 365 products
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, email migration, hybrid migration, Office 365 application troubleshooting, PowerShell scripting, and general Office 365 technical support
The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating, resolving, and responding to customer queries in a timely manner. They will also stay up-to-date with the latest product information for all released software configurations.

- Timely response to customer inquiries
- Staying current with the latest product information

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have prior experience with MS-related support project experience, related Microsoft certifications, and excellent written and oral communication skills in Japanese and English. They will be able to work long hours on computers and sit for extended periods. Business travel may be required depending on the nature of the job.
