Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with deep expertise in Windows operating systems and virtualization technologies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage technical projects involving Windows OS and virtualization technologies.
Provide expertise in one or more of the following areas:
Windows OS, including Windows R&D, Windows Client and Server Products, Active Directory, Group Policy, and AD replication.
Virtualization technologies, specifically Hyper-V and VMware.
Storage administration with experience in EMC, IBM, HP SAN, SCSI, iSCSI, and NAS.
Microsoft failover Clusters, including configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of File Server, SQL, and Exchange Clusters.
Networking, including DNS/DHCP, Subnets, VPN, and TCP/IP.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and innovation.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both orally and in writing.
Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
Qualifications:
In-depth understanding of Windows OS and virtualization technologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a strong team spirit.
MCSE certification is a plus.
Strong analytical logic and problem-solving skills.
Experience in Windows Kernel mode debugging and knowledge of Windows Kernel Mode Driver development is a strong plus.
