職務内容

【部門紹介】

主にインフラの構築、運用を提供し、共通サービスを顧客に提供している。クラウド、サーバ、セキュリティ、IT運用。

様々な顧客のインフラ運用、サービス提供を実施。Hybridモデルの運用を主軸とし、IT運用の現状と課題を見える化し、統合運用、標準化、継続的運用改善を実施。

部門としては200名程度が在籍しており、様々なインフラ運用サービスを行っています。

【プロジェクトの紹介】

パブリッククラウド(AzureやAWS)をご利用の顧客に対し、サービスや運用プロセスの標準化、自動化による効率化を図り、競争力の高いマネージドクラウドサービス(クラウドリソース提供/構築/移行/運用の各種サービス)を提供、オフショアと連携したハイブリッド運用の拡大や新規サービスの追加などの対応を頂きます。また、サービス拡大に向けて運用Transition(ITO)、運用設計、Shared Deliveryにも今後注力する必要があり、ニーズの高いマネージドサービスを確立するための募集となります。

長期的にはマネージドサービスの案件をリード、マネジメントも実施頂きます。

【仕事内容]

パブリッククラウド(Azure/AWSを主とし)を扱う各Projectにおける運用サービスを提供し、顧客のインフラの維持管理を担当頂きます。

また、新規提案における運用領域の見積、運用設計、運用移行などの業務を担当頂く事もあります。

今後、運用設計、Shared Operationにも注力していく為に運用サービスの適正化、拡大を担って頂きます。

・サービス提供型インフラ運用、運用設計

・クラウドネイティブなソリューション検討と実装

・クラウドアーキテクトとして顧客要望のクラウド環境の支援、実現

・Shared Deliveryの仕組化、確立

・自動化ソリューションの実装、促進

・ITアウトソーシングに於けるDD(デューデリジェンス)、運用移行、顧客とのディスカッション

登録資格

【必要条件】

・パブリッククラウド(AWS/Azureなど)の運用フェーズにおいて運用設計の経験がある。

・AWS、AzureなどPublic Cloud環境の運用経験がある。

・Public Cloudの設計、構築の経験を有している。

・顧客の環境をアセスメントし、あるべき姿を描き、顧客に対して適切な提案、改善の推進ができる。

・OSスキル( Windows server, Linux, (Unix)).

・英語必須(オフショアと連携したハイブリッド運用に携わる為)

・日本語能力試験:N3レベル以上(外国籍の方)

【歓迎条件】

・IaaS領域のみならず、PaaS領域のサービス経験もあれば尚可(DB、Containerなど)

・AWS、Azureの他、GCP、OCIの経験もあれば尚可

・運用効率化の為、自動化の実装等の経験があれば尚可(プログラムスキル:Python、シェルスクリプトなど)

・複数名のチームマネジメント経験

・海外メンバーと業務をした経験がある。

【英語力】

必須(オフショアと連携したハイブリッド運用に携わる為)

待遇

管理監督者分類:有(場合によって無)

賞与:有(契約社員の場合は無)

昇給:都度

採用グレードに応じて裁量労働制を適用

(裁量同等手当:6万円〜8万円/月)

月給300,000円〜720,000円

※経験・能力など考慮の上、当社規程により決定
