Role Summary Lead end-to-end network & cloud architecture, multi-vendor SI delivery, and onshore–offshore coordination for Japan customers, ensuring Japanese-quality standards and strong technical governance. Responsibilities Architecture & Leadership o Design and validate IP/MPLS, SDN/NFV, Cloud, and Security architectures. o Prepare and review HLD/LLD and technical documentation to Japanese standards. o Govern SI lifecycle quality and design reviews. Systems Integration (SI) o Lead integration across Cisco, Juniper, NEC, Nokia, Arista, Palo Alto, Fortinet. o Oversee testing, UAT, and deployment troubleshooting. Cloud Networking o Design hybrid/multi-cloud connectivity (AWS/Azure/GCP). o Evaluate cloud services and guide cloud migration, security, and monitoring. Delivery Management o Lead offshore engineering teams, coordinate with Japan onsite teams. o Ensure predictable communication and adherence to Japanese Quality Standards (SOPs, traceability, risk management, Kaizen). o Prepare RCA and audit-related documentation. Required Skills 8–12 years in Network Architecture & SI delivery. Strong in routing/switching (BGP, OSPF, IS-IS), security, QoS. Solid experience in cloud networking and SDN/NFV. Automation using Ansible, Terraform, Python. Multi-vendor integration expertise. Excellent documentation and structured communication. Japan delivery experience and basic Japanese preferred. Preferred Certifications CCNP/CCIE, JNCIP/JNCIE, AWS/Azure Architect, ITIL, Security certs (optional).
