配属部門(Automation Apps)について 

AIを活用した業務効率化・生産性向上、ノーコード/ローコード開発やRPA(Robotic Process Automation)導入を支援する専門チームです。近年はGenAIやAgenticAIの活用も視野に入れた高度な業務自動化ニーズが高まっており、最前線で提案・導入支援を行っています。 豊富なSI経験とコンサルティング力を融合し、業務自動化ソリューションの導入コンサルティング、技術検証~設計・開発~運用保守までワンストップで支援します。
当部門はキャップジェミニの日本市場における、成長戦略の中核を担う重要部門です。官公庁を含む公共領域でのDXニーズにも対応し、マルチベンダー対応力を活かして業務プロセス全体を見据えた提案・技術支援を行っています。

仕事内容

◆お任せしたい業務 
ノーコード/ローコード、GenAIやRPAなど、現場のDX推進を支援する業務効率化ソリューションの顧客提案、導入支援のための技術・ソリューション評価、ケイパビリティー強化、チームへの情報共有に携わるポジションです。顧客の業務効率化プロジェクトやデジタルトランスフォーメーションに向けたビジネス提案・導入支援の技術面をご担当いただきます。
また、主にMicrosoft Azureをベースとした、各種ITソリューションやサービスを組み合わせたシステム構成を検討・提案いただきます。システム構成を検討・提案するだけが役割ではなく、将来広く利用されるであろうAI(特に自然言語処理、画像解析分野)等の、最新技術に関連したR&Dを行う役割も担うことを想定しております。
・ノーコード/ローコード、GenAI・RPA・OCRソリューションの詳細な技術評価や環境構築などの導入支援
・仮想環境やアプリ仮想化環境下におけるRPAツールの導入効果測定
・最新技術の習得、チームメンバーへの情報共有
・GCP、AWS、Azure、Watsonなど、AIプラットフォームの技術習得

応募資格

◆必須要件(MUST)
・コンサルティング会社またはSIerでの、業務システム開発におけるプロジェクトアサイン経験(2年以上)
例)業務システム・バックオフィス系システム(販売管理、在庫管理、財務会計、人事管理、勤怠管理)など
・複数製品の導入比較検討実務経験(製品の評価軸定義など、どの製品を導入すべきか、第三者が客観的に判断できるレベルで情報を収集・整理したご経験)
・Microsoft AzureやAmazon AWS等、クラウドサービスの導入や設計、環境構築の経験(デジタル庁が政府機関向けに提供している「ガバメントクラウド」でのご経験があると尚可)
・ネイティブレベルの日本語能力(日本語能力検定1級以上)

◆歓迎要件(WANT)
・RPA、AIプロジェクトでの実装経験(AIは、Chat GPTやMicrosoft Copilot等、OpenAIの技術がベースになったものであれば尚可)
・C#、VB.NETなど、Microsoft系の開発言語実務経験
・Python、TensorFlow、GCPなどを用いた開発実務経験・大学レベルの統計学、数学の知識
・コンペ方式の提案における提案書作成経験

労働条件

◆雇用形態
正社員(試用期間:3ヶ月)

◆勤務時間
フレックスタイム制(フレキシブルタイム 5:00~22:00)
※多くの社員が9:00~18:00/10:00~19:00をベースに、1日8時間を目安として働いています。

◆勤務先
虎ノ門オフィス(東京都港区虎ノ門1丁目23-1 虎ノ門ヒルズ森タワー22階)
※在宅勤務可(週1~3日程度、プロジェクトにより変動)
※プロジェクトにより客先常駐の可能性あり(約1.5~2割程度)

◆給与(想定年収)
【シニアコンサルタントクラス】750万円~900万円
【マネージャクラス】850万円~1,500万円 ※業績賞与含む
