ポジション概略
オートデスクが提供するソリューションの採用と利用を促進するポストセールスコンサルティング(インプリメンテーションコンサルティング)を提供する。お客様へのサービスの一例として、プロセス評価・定義、カスタマーミーティングのファシリテーション、トレーニング、インプリメンテーションサービス、メンタリング、ドキュメント作成等を提供する。また、製品やプロセス改善として、お客様からのフィードバックを基に開発チームやグローバルサービスチームとのエンゲージメントも図る。

主な責任

• エンタープライズ企業である顧客と直接連携し、プロセスやワークフローのレビュー/開発、導入/展開戦略、トレーニング、技術指導、業界の専門知識を含むコンサルティングサービスを提供し、顧客がオートデスクのテクノロジーへの投資から最大限の価値を得られるようにする。
• サプライチェーンの統合を含む、工場/プラントのプロセスプランニングとそのオペレーションにおける戦略的変革と改善に関するコンサルティング業務をリードする。
• 顧客に対しコンサルティング・サービスの価値を理解してもらい、営業活動およびビジネス・ディベロップメントに貢献する。
• 営業/ビジネス開発部門をサポートし、顧客がコンサルティング・リソースを活用する価値を理解できるよう支援する、ビジネスコンサルタントとソリューション・アーキテクトとをサポートし、顧客への提案書を作成する。
• 新しい業務改善プロセスを設定し、必要なソリューションの優先順位を作成する。
• コンサルタントとして以下の業務を主導し、実施・実行する。
• 現状を分析し、理想的な状況の仮説モデルを定義し、ギャップを特定し、解決策を提案する。
• Inventor、Vault、Fusion 360、AutoCAD、Plant 3DなどのAutodesk製品を適用するために、詳細な業務要件とワークフローを定義する。
• オートデスク製品の最適なアプリケーションを顧客に提示し、詳細な使用事例を定義して文書化する。
• 顧客(社外)やコンサルティング・グループ(社内)と協力して技術的な問題を解決する。
• ソリューションに関するの詳細なプレゼンテーション、テスト、トレーニングを通じて、採用と利用を促進を確認する。
• グローバルコンサルティンググループに対し、製品やプロセス改善のためのカスタマーエクスペリエンスに関するフィードバックを提供する。

応募資格

• 自動車業界または製造業界におけるPLM、ERP、MESなどの設計・製造ソリューションの導入コンサルタントとして7年以上の実務経験。
• 製造業におけるデジタルトランスフォーメーション(DX)とデジタルツインを理解している。
• 業務情報の構造化分析およびワークフローのユースケース分析の経験
• ウェブアプリケーション、クラウド、データベースに関するIT知識
• ソフトウェア業界のビジネスを理解されている方
• クリエイティブで優れたビジネスセンスを有する
• 複数のプロジェクトを並行して実行できる管理力
• コミュニケーション能力、柔軟性、責任感があり、顧客志向である。
• 日本語及び英語に堪能である。

Position Overview
You will report to the Enterprise Customer Success Consulting Manager and provide post-sale implementation consulting to help guide successful adoption of Autodesk solutions. You will provide process assessments, facilitate customer meetings, training, implementation, mentoring, create documentation and customer deliverables. You will also share customer experience feedback with product and professional services teams to improve products and processes.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with our enterprise customers to offer consulting services including process and workflow development strategies, training and technical guidance's well as industry expertise to ensure customers are maximising the value from their investment in Autodesk technologies
• Lead implementation consulting engagements with customers on strategic transformation and improvements on factory / process plant planning and operation including Supply Chain Integration
• Contribute to sales and business development so that customers understand the value of consulting service
• Provide support to Sales/Business Development to help customer understand the value of engaging consulting resources; provide support to Solutions Architects and Business Development in developing customer proposals
• Set up new business improvement processes and create priorities for the required solutions
• Lead and Implements/executes following work steams as consultant
• You analyse the current situation, define a hypothetical model of the ideal situation, identify gaps and propose solutions
• Define detailed requirements and workflows to apply Autodesk products such as Inventor, Vault, Fusion 360, AutoCAD and Plant 3D
• Present the best applications of Autodesk products to customers and define and document detailed use cases
• You work with customers (externally) and consulting groups (internally) to solve technical problems
• Promote and confirm adoption and usage through presentations, tests and training of solution details
• You provide feedback to the Global Consulting Group on customer experience for product and process improvement
• (May) develop systems architecture, develop and tests codes and implement solutions
• (May) develop custom modules using technical skills including programming knowledge. This includes working with customers on a 3rd party solution or train customer's programmers on customizing Company solution

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 7 years' experience as an implementation consultant for design and manufacturing solutions such as PLM, ERP and MES in the automotive or manufacturing industries
• Understanding of digital transformation (DX) and digital twin in the manufacturing industry
• Experience in structured analysis of business information and workflow use case analysis
• IT knowledge of web applications, cloud, databases
• Understand the business of the software industry
• Creative and good business sense
• Management skills in parallel project
• Communicative, flexible, responsible and able to demonstrate customer orientation
• Proficiency in Japanese and English
