Implementation Consultant
Our client, a globally recognized leader in collaborative technology, is seeking a dynamic and skilled Implementation Consultant to join their vibrant team in Tokyo. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with enterprise customers post-sale to drive adoption and facilitate workflow transformation.
- Define business goals and design tailored workflows in partnership with clients.
- Work alongside Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and the Sales team for seamless execution.
- Drive platform adoption from 50 to 300+ users in key client accounts.
Key Skills Required:
- Professional Services and Consulting:
3 years' experience in similar fields such as Professional Services, Customer Success, or Implementation. - Onboarding & Service Delivery:
Able to guide clients effectively through onboarding and optimize service delivery processes. - Strong Communication:
Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Language Proficiency:
Fluent in Japanese; business-level English preferred to handle cross-regional clients.
