Our client, a globally recognized leader in collaborative technology, is seeking a dynamic and skilled Implementation Consultant to join their vibrant team in Tokyo.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with enterprise customers post-sale to drive adoption and facilitate workflow transformation.
Define business goals and design tailored workflows in partnership with clients.
Work alongside Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and the Sales team for seamless execution.
Drive platform adoption from 50 to 300+ users in key client accounts.
Key Skills Required:
Professional Services and Consulting: 3 years' experience in similar fields such as Professional Services, Customer Success, or Implementation.
Onboarding & Service Delivery:
Able to guide clients effectively through onboarding and optimize service delivery processes.
Strong Communication:
Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Language Proficiency:
Fluent in Japanese; business-level English preferred to handle cross-regional clients.
