~部門紹介~
主にインフラの構築、運用を提供し、共通サービスを顧客に提供しています。
様々な顧客のインフラ運用、サービス提供を実施やHybridモデルの運用を主軸とし、IT運用の現状と課題を見える化、統合運用、標準化、継続的運用改善を実施をしています。
部門としては200名程度が在籍しており、様々なインフラ運用サービスを行っています。
~プロジェクトについて~
パブリッククラウド(AzureやAWS)をご利用の顧客に対し、サービスや運用プロセスの標準化、自動化による効率化を図り、競争力の高いマネージドクラウドサービス(クラウドリソース提供/構築/移行/運用の各種サービス)を提供、オフショアと連携したハイブリッド運用の拡大や新規サービスの追加なども対応頂きます。
サービスに関するルール化、ドキュメント作成、プロセス改善なども含まれます。
また、サービス拡大に向けてインフラ運用設計、Shared Operationにも今後注力したいと考えており、ニーズの高いマネージドサービスを確立するための募集となります。
長期的にはマネージドサービスの案件をリード、マネジメントも実施頂きます。
~ポジションについて~
主にパブリッククラウド(Azure/AWS)における運用サービスを提供し、顧客のインフラの維持管理を担当頂きます。
また、新規受注に運用領域の見積、運用設計、実運用などのプロセス担当頂く事もあります。
今後、運用設計、Shared Operationにも注力していく為に運用サービスの適正化、拡大をになって頂きます。

Requirements
▼必要条件
- 単独でパブリッククラウド(AWS/Azureなど)のIaaS提案から設計構築の経験
- 運用フェーズにおいて運用設計の経験
- 顧客の環境をアセスメントし、あるべき姿を描き、クラウドトランスフォーメイションの推進ができる
- OS skills( Windows server, Linux, (Unix)). Public Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- プログラムスキル:Python、シェルスクリプト
日常会話レベルの英語スキル
最低限片言でも日常会話が自力でできるレベル
- オフショアとのコミュニケーション、資料作成、メール 等で使用します。

- PaaS領域におけるマイクロサービスなどの経験
- AWS、Azureのみならず、他のPublic Cloud(GCP、OCI)などの経験
- 運用効率化の為、自動化の実装等の経験
- 海外メンバーと業務をした経験
- ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
