Job Title: Technical Project Lead - Intune SME (Infrastructure)

Technical Lead to coordinate, operate and manage all end-user devices and functions which are used by approx. 10,000+ end users. Job Role requires experience with Endpoint / device management using SCCM and Microsoft Intune.
Job Role:
Technical subject matter expert for Modern Work solutions.
Understand customer's Infra and Users Environment.
Analyze current environment and collect all information related to configurations and tools.
Review existing security & data privacy policies of clients environment.
Creation and management of documentation of End-Points architecture.
Assessment will be for all types of devices. Office users use Laptops and Business user uses tablets.
Keeping technical information up-to-date.
Ways to perform device kitting in future after moving to Intune.
Method to deploy non-standard software's.
Summarize the information and detailed plan activities for support.
Communication with all internal and external stakeholders in Japan, Offshore and global team.
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft tools such as AD, SCCM, Intune, Autopilot and O365.
Hands-on Technical experience with products like Windows 10, Surface, Office 365, SCCM, Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM), Intune, Azure Active Directory and Desktop Virtualization.
Technical Skills (Must):
Good understanding of Microsoft 365 services and Azure Identity & Security.
Active Directory (On-Premise) and Azure AD.
Group Policies, Logon Scripts and PowerShell scripting.
Microsoft Intune and SCCM.
PerApp VPN.
McAfee cloud proxy solution.
