■ポジションについて
継続的に成長するグローバル組織を強化するために、あなたの管理および開発経験を活用し、
グローバル開発チームを管理しながら、製品、ビジネス、そして会社の成長推進をお任せします。
■Responsibilities
- Grow the Organization: Recruit, evaluate, and develop engineers within a global development team spanning multiple locations.
- Strategic Planning: Plan and execute both continuous and non-continuous (disruptive) growth of the systems and organization to obtain market leadership.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage resources, coordinate with stakeholders, and make decisions to realize the product roadmap.
- Technical Leadership: Formulate technical roadmaps, select future-proof architectures, and promote/support technical initiatives.
- Problem Solving: Resolve organizational and product challenges by collaborating with Product Managers and heads of other divisions.
- Division-Level Strategy: Propose and drive growth strategies and solutions for the broader Division level, beyond just your immediate department.

要件定義から候補者のクロージングまでの採用の一貫した関与
ウェブアプリケーション開発経験
- ビジネスレベル以上の日本語スキル
ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル(TOEIC 800以上相当)
