Company overview We are a start-up company providing FinTech services through smartphone applications based on the concept of "familiar and friendly" and "easy to understand". We launched our service as Japan's first smartphone securities company and provide an application that allows users to invest in stocks with simple operations. For beginners, the app provides basic knowledge of investment in manga form, and is designed to be easy to use. Unusually for the financial industry, we conduct system development and operation in-house, providing services quickly and at low cost through technological innovation utilizing AI and IoT.

■ポジションについて
2,000万ユーザーを超える「ポイント運用」と、決済アプリ上で資産運用ができる日本初の取り組みである「資産運用」をスタートさせました。
ようやく金融エコシステムの事業基盤が整ったところで、日本の資産運用の構造を変えるべく、
これからはまだ資産運用を始めていない方や関心がない方たちをメインターゲットと捉えて事業を拡大させていきます。
そのために同社のエンジニアリング部門は、同グループ企業と同様なレベルでの技術力と開発スピードの向上および内製化を進めています。
■具体的な業務内容
- アサインされたプロジェクトで、プロダクトマネージャーやエンジニア、シニアデザイナーと共に、ユーザー体験を第一に考えた新機能や、既存機能のUI/UX改善を行います。
- ユーザーに新しい証券プロダクトの体験を届けるための様々なチャレンジが可能です。
- アプリ、PC取引サイト、管理ツールにおけるトータルなUI/UXデザイン
- プロジェクトゴールに基づくUX戦略設計
- コンセプト、デザインシステムを元にしたUXフロー、UIデザイン
- アンケートやインタビューを用いた定量・定性調査、分析
- 数値分析ツールを用いた分析と改善の提案
- その他、デザインワークショップの開催など、プロダクトデザインに関わる幅広い業務

Requirements
■必須
- 3年以上のモバイルサービス(iOS/Androidアプリ、Web)UIデザインの実務経験
- Figma, Overflow, Adobeを用いたUI/UXデザインの実務経験
- プロダクトのリリース、効果測定、改善の実務経験
- 英語に苦手意識がないこと(業務において必要であれば通訳を介します)
■歓迎
- 金融領域でのプロダクトデザイン経験
- HCD(人間中心設計)やデザイン思考を活用したデザインの実務経験
- インハウスでの自社サービス運用経験
- 英語(ビジネスレベルでの会話が可能なレベル)
