正社員、パートタイム、新卒、派遣スタッフの採用を監督し、候補者やビジネスユニットと密接に連携します。また、採用マーケティングを推進し、HRチームと協力して円滑な採用プロセスの確立をおまかせします。

◆具体的な業務内容

  • 採用マネージャーおよびステークホルダーと緊密に連携してフルサイクルの採用実行
  • 候補者のソーシング、スクリーニング、面接および求人の作成から内定までの全プロセス管理
  • 他のHRメンバーおよびバックオフィスチームと連携してスムーズなプロセスの確保
  • 各部門に対する明確なオンボーディングプロセスとタイムラインの提供
  • 採用プロセスの継続的な改善および効率性とビジネスニーズとの整合性の確保
  • 会社のアンバサダーとして会社の文化を内部および外部に対してインスパイア
  • タレント市場の変化に対応し、潜在的な候補者に対するタレントマッピングと関係構築の確立
  • HRおよび採用慣行の両方に対するコンプライアンスの確保

Requirements
◆必須条件

  • 学士号
  • 1年以上の事業会社またはエージェンシーでの採用経験
  • ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
  • ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル
