※ご経験に応じてシニアもしくはマネージャーでの採用となります。
50年以上の歴史を持つアメリカの水産加工会の日本支社。世界各地に28の加工・製造・販売拠点、また29隻の船舶を保有しています。
\引継ぎ期間は出社していただきますが、その後ハイブリッド勤務可能です/
▼職務概要
経理・財務チームの主要メンバーとして、工場経理チームを指導・管理をお任せします。製品原価計算、在庫評価、製造経費、差異分析、基準の更新など、原価計算のあらゆる側面を管理し、同時にグループ会社の月次決算全体を監督していただきます。
複雑な問題に対して明確に説明と指導ができる対人スキルが求められるポジションです。
▼具体的な業務内容
- 日本の全事業体の原価計算手続きを正確に理解し実施(グループ2社の会計業務マネジメント含む)
- 工場経理チームを率い、設定した個人別目標に沿った日々の活動を監督・指導しつつ業績評価を実施
- 原価計算の月末締め処理を実施・管理(仕訳入力の準備とレビュー、材料元帳の締め作業を含む)
- 差異や原価計算における変更を正確に把握するため、各工場および財務チーム関係者と連携し、指導を行う
- グループ会社の月次決算業務の監督およびレビュー、社会関係者への報告
- 決算業務全般に関するスタッフの指導と育成、また定期的に貸借対照表の勘定科目照合を実施
- 米国親会社の担当者と定期的なミーティングを通じて協力し、問題解決を推進
- プロセス改善の提案と実施
- 連携と理解を深めるために異なる部門のチームと協業
- その他、必要に応じて臨時のプロジェクトや業務に従事

- 工場経理マネジャーまたはシニアコストアカウンタントとして、複雑な状況下で業務を遂行しながらスタッフやプロジェクトを率いた実績をお持ちの方
- チームプレーヤーであり、対人スキルに優れている方
- 異なる価値観や背景を持つ同僚・部下に対し、偏見なく対話しビジネス上の関係を円滑に構築できる方

Requirements
▼必須条件
- 5年以上の経理経験 財務諸表の作成・レビューを含め財務会計の経験
- 会計処理および原価計算(標準原価計算、仕入価格差異分析などを含む)に関する十分な知識
ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
目安:TOEIC600点以上(英会話のサポートあり)
流暢でなくとも、会話に抵抗のない方 Email, Teamsでのコミュニケーションが可能な方
Microsoftスキル
優れたExcelスキル
ピボットテーブルやXLOOKUP, SUMIFS関数などの実務での使用経験
▼歓迎要件
- TOEIC700点以上レベルの英語スキル
- 一般的なERPシステムでの実務経験SAP使用経験
- 日商簿記検定2級またはCPAの資格
- 事業会社での法人税実務の経験と知識
