Senior Accountant | Luxury Fashion & Retail シニアアカウンタント・ラグジュアリーファッション&リテール
Our client, a leader in the luxury retail industry, is seeking an Accountant/Senior Accountant with native Japanese proficiency to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to manage and reconcile inventory across global operations, providing a unique chance to work within a prestigious fashion and retail environment.

主な業務内容 / Key Responsibilities:
- 店舗、倉庫、本社での在庫の動きを監視
- 在庫調整をリードし、データの整合性を確保
- 月次仕訳と一般会計報告書の作成
- 債権・債務の調整
- 在庫分析レポートの作成と差異分析
- 年2回の棚卸資産評価減計算
- 外部監査人との棚卸し参加
- Monitor inventory movement in stores, warehouse, and head office
- Lead stock reconciliation to ensure data consistency
- Prepare monthly journal entries and general accounting reports
- Reconcile AR and AP transactions with intercompanies
- Develop inventory analysis reports and analyze variances
- Calculate inventory depreciation biannually
- Attend stocktaking with external auditors
応募資格 / Qualifications:
- ネイティブレベルの日本語能力(必須)
- 事業会社または監査法人での3-5年の会計経験
- ビジネス日本語および英語のスキル(必須)
- 経済学、金融学、またはビジネスの大学学位
- SAPの使用経験があれば尚可
- ラグジュアリーリテール業界での経験があれば尚可
- MS Excelのスキル(必須)
- 優れた分析力
- Native Japanese language proficiency (mandatory)
- 3-5 years of accounting experience in operational company or audit firm
- Proficiency in Business Japanese and English (mandatory)
- University degree in Economics, Finance, or Business
- Experience with SAP is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in luxury retail industry is preferred but not mandatory
- Proficiency in MS Excel (mandatory)
- Strong analytical skills
