Summary: Solutions Specialist to collaborate with functions to provide solutions to users and suppliers by resolving queries and requests related to indirect procurement, invoice settlement, and travel expense claim via Takeda Solutions Portal and Takeda Supplier Solutions Portal on Service Now platform.

Responsabilidades
- Colaborar con funciones relevantes para proporcionar soluciones a usuarios y proveedores resolviendo consultas y solicitudes relacionadas con la contratación indirecta, el pago de facturas y la reclamación de gastos de viaje a través de Takeda Solutions Portal y Takeda Supplier Solutions Portal en la plataforma Service Now.
- Contribuir a la mejora de procesos y sistemas para la resolución de consultas proporcionando retroalimentación y participando en proyectos.
- Apoyar la participación de usuarios en Ariba P2P mediante la asistencia a capacitaciones en Ariba.
- Realizar pruebas de aceptación de usuarios (UAT) para varios Workstreams para garantizar la funcionalidad del sistema.
- Apoyar actividades de gestión de ciclo de vida del empleado.
- Crear diagramas de flujo "as-is" y "to-be" y procedimientos basados en instrucciones y entrevistas con los titulares de tareas.
- Crear materiales promocionales y contenido de sitios web instructivos, apoyar la creación de capacitaciones en línea y rastrear registros de capacitación.
- Limpieza de datos de empleados.
- Trabajar como científico de datos para crear bases de datos y informes.
- Apoyar la organización de reuniones, logística y otras tareas administrativas.
- Alinear entre TBS o Workstreams de proyectos relevantes que impacten en la zona o cliente y permitan una ejecución efectiva de proyectos.
Requisitos
- Grado universitario requerido.
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años en HR requerida.
- Experiencia en Workday, ServiceNow o otros sistemas de gestión de recursos humanos requerida.
- Conocimientos básicos de productos de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.) requeridos.
- Experiencia en proyectos de implementación de sistemas globales o regionales requerida.
- Conocimientos básicos de Python, PowerAutomate o otras herramientas de sistemas son un plus.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y oral en japonés e inglés requeridas.
