The Solutions Hub Japan was established in November 2020 as part of Global TBS Experience headquartered in Lodz, Poland to resolve inquiries from internal business partners and suppliers.
Solutions Specialist in TBS Solutions Hub collaborates with relevant functions to provide solutions to users and suppliers by resolving queries and requests related to indirect procurement, invoice settlement, and travel expense claims via Takeda Solutions Portal (TSP) and Takeda Supplier Solutions Portal (TSSP) on Service Now platform.
ACCELERATE VALUE & MAKE AN IMPACT BY:
- Working with colleagues and external vendors to achieve project goals for implementing new portals and workflows.
- Participating in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for several workstreams to ensure system functionalities.
- Supporting data entries in Employee Lifecycle Management activities.
- Supporting administrative activities for hiring and retirement-related actions.
- Creating as-is and to-be flowcharts and SOPs based on given instructions and through interviews with task holders.
- Communications: creating promotional materials and instructional site contents, supporting the creation of online trainings, and tracking training records.
- Conducting data cleanup activities for employee data.
- Working as a data scientist to create databases and reports.
- Supporting meeting arrangements, logistics, and other administrative tasks.
- Aligning between TBS or relevant project workstreams impacting the Area/Customer and enabling effective project execution.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience required.
- Workday, ServiceNow, or other HRIS experience required.
- Working knowledge with Microsoft Office products required (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams etc.).
- Experience working on global or regional system implementation projects required.
- ADP experience a plus, but not required.
- Working knowledge with Python, PowerAutomate, or other system language or tools a plus.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills in Japanese and English required.
Takeda Compensation and Benefits Summary:
- Allowances: Commutation, Housing, Overtime Work etc.
- Salary Increase: Annually, Bonus Payment: Twice a year.
- Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45.
- Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year).
- Paid Leaves: Annual Paid Leave, Special Paid Leave, Sick Leave, Family Support Leave, Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave, Family Nursing Leave.
