We are shaping the future of electronics.

Our Career Accelerator Program provides professional and technical training to accelerate your career success. You will participate in function-specific technical training and on-the-job learning opportunities to solve problems through hands-on experiences from day one.

Our FAST (Field Applications & Sales Training) Program prepares Sales & Applications team members for customer-oriented careers that pair technical skills with business perspectives. The program provides experiences that help you understand how to successfully grow our business and thrive throughout your entire career.

This 12-month experience aims to establish rising Field Applications Engineers as technical experts with customer engineers and internal teams. The track includes rotations:

Rotation 1: Field Sales Office

The FSO rotation focuses on working directly with customers to solve technical challenges, maximizing revenue by providing systems-level solutions that address their design needs. You will analyze technical trade-offs, understand component selection, and solve design and cost challenges.

Rotation 2: Systems Engineering & Marketing

The SEM rotation provides hands-on experiences to understand how TI components fit together to provide systems-level solutions for customer designs. This rotation focuses on technical product selection, schematic/layout capture, PCB layouts, fabrication processes, board bring up and validation.

Upon successful completion, participants are welcomed as FAEs on our Worldwide Sales & Applications team. FAE responsibilities include:
