Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Management Team Member to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the growth, profitability, and sustainability of our business unit through leadership, new business development, client management, and service delivery.
- Advise at a strategic level on project conception, including providing advice on different approaches to achieve client objectives.
- Coordinate the strategic and operational management of Project Management.
- Lead the establishment of overall success criteria for projects, including time, cost, technical, and performance parameters.
- Plan for and manage quality, safety, health, and environment issues.
- Establish effective project governance, processes, and systems.
- Monitor and advise on project finances.
- Perform the role of Commission Manager, taking overall responsibility for end-to-end service delivery of commissions.
Requirements
- Recognised university degree with at least 15 years of relevant experience in data center, manufacturing plant, industrial project, semi-conductor, or life science projects.
- Membership in relevant professional organisations.
- Strong relationships with clients and cross-functional team members.
- Experience working in MNC companies and ability to thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
- Native or Business level proficiency in spoken and written Japanese and English.
